The Parents Association of Community and Comprehensive Schools (PACCS) is a Constituent body of the National Parents Council Post Primary (NPCPP).
Its goal is to promote the role of parents and guardians as the primary educators of their young people, as per Article 42 of the Constitution of Ireland.
PACCS promotes the role of parents as primary educators of their young people; provides an advisory and information service for parents; and, provides parents with an effective voice in educational development.
The National Parents Council Post Primary (NPCPP) is the national representative body for parents and guardians of young people in post-primary education.
Inaugurated in 1985, the organisation assists parents and guardians, ensuring that they engage effectively within their school communities and with other partners in education.
The organisation is comprised of four Constituency Bodies, including PACCS. The annual affiliation fees paid by Community and Comprehensive Schools helps us to continue to work on your behalf, for now and into the future.
